Your Information Deserves Protection

Sign-in is handled by our authentication service. Passwords are never stored in readable form by Astravya.

Birth profiles are private to the account that created them. Database access rules prevent other users from reading them unless you create a share link.

Astrologers can only see information you choose to share for a consultation.

When you use AI features, the relevant calculated chart details are sent to the AI service to generate a response. See AI Transparency for details.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Astravya does not store full card numbers.

You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us. Deleting an account permanently removes your profiles, charts and saved conversations and cannot be undone.

You can sign out at any time from the account menu. Signing out ends the session on that device.
