By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Astravya, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a contract between you and Veraforge Labs, the company that operates Astravya.

Astrology interpretations are intended for guidance, reflection, and entertainment. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Results are not guaranteed.

Charts depend on the birth details you supply. An inaccurate birth time can change the ascendant, houses, divisional charts, dashas and any interpretation derived from them. Astravya flags uncertain birth times, but the responsibility for accurate inputs rests with you.

• You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Family birth profiles, including for children, are managed by the adult account holder.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal and must not be shared, resold or transferred.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is verified server-side before access is granted; card details are processed by our payment partner and never stored by us.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• AI question credits and report allowances reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy — failed reports are regenerated or refunded in full, and consultations cancelled at least 4 hours ahead are refunded.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent Astravya readings as certainties, or use them to harass, defraud or pressure others.
• Make employment, medical, legal, financial or other consequential decisions about third parties based on the service.
• Scrape, bulk-export or reverse-engineer the service, or probe other users' private data.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory or harmful content to notes, chat or consultation features.

The Astravya name, logo, design system, software and original content belong to Veraforge Labs. Your birth data, notes and the reports generated for you remain yours — you may download, share and keep them freely. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process your data to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astravya and Veraforge Labs are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on astrological guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from dashboard settings — this removes your personal data per our Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Provisions on liability, intellectual property and disputes survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. Before filing any claim, please contact our grievance process — most issues are resolved within 15 working days.

If we change these terms materially, we will notify you by email and in the app before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use Astravya after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
