Generated reports are digital goods. If a report fails to generate or contains a calculation error, we will regenerate it or refund it in full.
Consultations
Cancel at least 4 hours before a booked slot for a full refund. No-shows by an astrologer are always refunded.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
These pages are editable from the Admin Panel so your legal team can keep them current.
